1. Your Statutory Rights

Your rights as a consumer are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. Standard Products — Cancellation Rights

For non-customised products, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us of cancellation. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods at your own cost. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

3. Custom / Personalised Products

Products made to your specification or personalised with your designs are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right. However, if a custom product is faulty or not as described, you remain entitled to a remedy.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • Within 30 days: You are entitled to a full refund.
  • Within 6 months: We will offer a repair or replacement. If this fails, you are entitled to a refund.
  • After 6 months: You must prove the goods were faulty at the time of delivery.

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at returns@districtprint.co.uk with your order number and details. We will respond within 2 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
