1. Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. International shipping may be available for select products — check at checkout.

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
• Custom Products: Production time + delivery (see product page for estimates)

3. Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery method.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Track your order via the carrier's website or your account dashboard.

5. Delivery Issues

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods become your responsibility once delivered. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive:

• Contact us within 48 hours for damaged items
• We will investigate lost parcels after the estimated delivery window
