3. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to amend prices. Orders will be honoured at the price confirmed at checkout.
• An order is not accepted until we send an order confirmation email.

4. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.

5. Custom Products and Design

• You are responsible for ensuring uploaded designs do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
• Once a custom product is in production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

7. Your Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product is faulty or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

For standard (non-customised) products, you have 14 days after delivery to cancel and return items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Custom/personalised products are excluded from this right.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
